Your ‘day to day’ - Plan and deliver the people agenda in Talent Management, Organization Development & People Engagement to support business goals in Taiwan market. Ensure consistency for the implementation of people or culture projects, including MyPerformance (new performance management approach) communication, culture shaping, talent reviews and development, engagement survey analysis and follow-up action planning, and more initiatives driven by global project or based on local organizational needs. - Take part in developing and delivering a customized and effective local guidelines and implementation work plan based on globally deployed P&C project or initiatives, e.g. new way of working (hybrid remote work), employee listening strategy, leadership building programs. - Provide timely advisory and issue resolution to people managers and employees on variety of components impacting talent capability and organizational effectiveness. Partner with other P&C teams and apply strong sense of organization and job management to ensure accuracy and consistency in organizational hierarchy, position grades, compensation and titling. - Support manager to ensure professional excellence to broad based initiatives, including preparing presentations on our engagement survey, talent reviews, performance management and calibration, etc. and organizing/ facilitating employee events and trainings, change communication and capability building based on the P&C initiatives or program delivery needs. Who we’re looking for • 3-5 years of experience in HR profession, project or performance management related role and eager to learn how to handle a multitude of situations in people and organizational topics • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin • Proven track record in the areas of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities • Consulting background preferred, particularly experience in the areas of people/org program delivery and creation What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
