Your ‘day to day’ The Manager RRP’S develops the RRPs strategy including all B2C - branded retail points of sales as well as the B2B activities for RRPs (i.e.: coordination of authorized partners). The incumbent is ultimately accountable for delivering the best in class consumer experience within the retail channel and for achieving retail channel P&L, commercial performance and NPS, deploying commercial programs, projects and initiatives. Align and integrate the contribution of remaining stakeholders in and outside the Commercial Operations team while providing solid inputs to the Commercial Operations Leadership Team. Manages all IQOS Coaches performing face-to-face. Who we’re looking for • Deploy commercial programs, projects and initiatives in branded retail point of sales and across indirect retail channel ensuring effective execution of the Consumer Journeys to enable seamless omni-channel consumer experiences and achieve Brand, Consumer Experience (NPS) and Commercial targets • Deploy Brand guidelines, Marketing programs, toolboxes and Consumer Experience guidelines in the commercial partners’ point of sale • Define commercial partners strategy with a medium- and long-term approach • Lead and deliver Direct & Indirect Retail footprint expansion, optimization and innovation initiatives • Leverage leads from in-channel initiatives and from other channels to directly engage Legal Age Smokers and support consumer awareness, acquisition (conversion), retention and service • Deliver on-brand one-to-many consumer experiences, ensuring the application of Brand, Marketing and Consumer Experience guidelines, in collaboration with the Events team (part of Brand and Content) and with Branded Retail • Identify opportunities and deploy initiatives for direct consumer engagement and lead generation, in collaboration with the Marketing & Digital team and the other channels Require experience • More than 10 years of commercial and trade experience in B2C companies and FMCG. At least 5 years leading direct sales team • Consumer knowledge, insights & analytics • Project management and agile ways of working • Solid experience in collecting & actin upon consumer feedback within own channel • experience in managing relationship with third parties • Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory
