We are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent acquisition team in LATAM. This role can be located in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico. This role is due to continued growth and you should be passionate in finding, attracting and engaging exceptional talents to support the business. You will be the talent advisor to the hiring managers. You should also be an expert in sourcing candidates through diverse social media channels. Your ‘day to day’ • Partner with the various business leaders across multiple functions throughout LATAM and the PMI footprint to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy. • Manage the defined recruitment process for assigned open positions in a timely and cost-effective way. • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. • Prepare and deliver data and metrics for your portfolio as required. • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates. Who we’re looking for • We prefer Talent Acquisition professionals who have a blend of both agency and corporate recruiting experience and have documented experience being responsible for filling a functionally diverse portfolio of management level positions across the Americas. • Experience utilizing multiple candidate sourcing tools, including social media, networking and referrals. • Proven experience managing processes through an ATS, e.g Avature. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
