Distribution: Supervise and implement distribution projects and plan set by the affiliate to improve distribution effectiveness, costs and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Support the Sales Team in defining and monitoring the product distribution objectives, volume & forecast, in order to maximize sales and market share of PM brands. Monitor daily and weekly achievement of these objectives and establish corrective actions that will ensure fulfilment of plans and targets. Continuously make sure that the sales team achieves an optimum coverage of the territory and permanently searches for new customers, so as to increase to the full extent the product availability. Constantly assess and propose processes enhancement to improve affiliate distribution processes from the supply chain department up to the Sales Process in the field. - Provide periodical assessment on current affiliate processes - Provide long term solutions to make efficiencies in the process - Evaluate implementations vs. costs Understand and provide periodical analysis on distribution model in order to: - Detect opportunities related to the KPI's improvement - Propose solutions in the short and long term - Develop and monitor periodical reports with Distribution KPI's - Provide monthly analysis on performance and results - Conduct meetings with internal customers (internal and external) to gather insights Sales Admin: Direct distribution experience. Provide support to the sales team with sales analysis and market intelligence. Follow up on purchase orders. Budget management. Negotiation. University degree Project management experience is desirable.
