In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ In order to impact learner experience and support cost effective and value creation development decisions made by the P&C Learning and Development Directors/Managers/Leads in the affiliate, the Regional Learning Ops Specialist: • Supports the deployment of global learning programs, initiatives and solutions through the administration and maintenance of the Employee Development Training Offer, recommends available and relevant courses to address skills gap and support capability building programs, generates and provides reports for data analysis and provides technical support and expertise on the learning applications used • Implements the learning and development content strategies of global and local Community Managers in Fuse, our Learning Management System (LMS) in relation to: content management to engage users, report generation and preparation to supply data that reflects learners’ consumption and engagement and safeguard optimal learning experience by ensuring the learning assets are in the best content format • Collaborates with the Learning Advisor by executing complex and multiple processes and activities to ensure on-time and effective delivery of learning and development products, solutions, and services such as content creation and upload, course and session creation, training records maintenance, language program administration and system support and upkeep Who we’re looking for? • Background on Learning Process Knowledge • Knowledge on LMS which includes content management and system maintenance • Customer oriented, has good interpersonal skills and is a team player • Has strong collaboration skills; able to efficiently and effectively work with local affiliates and global team to support delivery of global programs and solutions • High attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision • Has good analytical skills; able to advise basic troubleshooting procedures, resolve learning system issues that are within scope and prepare learning reports as per stakeholder requirement • Ability to work from home • Advanced MS Excel proficiency is a plus What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
