The Digital Executive, Paid Media & Partnership is responsible to assist in developing, executing, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns from conception to launch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns with the purpose of growing awareness of smoke free alternatives to cigarettes to Legal Age Nicotine Users. You will assist and be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company objectives via paid media strategies. You will assist in planning a mix of paid media tools to develop, test and optimize to communicate with legal age nicotine users. You will be leaned on to use data-focused insight, to help optimize and deliver on performance based KPI's. You will also help assist in building new digital partnerships/channels and publication to generate brand awareness and acquisition of legal age nicotine users. Develop deep understanding of consumer journey team to create and experiment the right content mix with a clear call to action, both branded and unbranded while working closely with Product and Art Teams. Ensure legal / data privacy teams are on board to ensure adequate data control measures and standard reporting. Your ‘day to day’ • Assist in the development and optimization of digital awareness and acquisition channels for legal age nicotine users. Assist in finding, securing, deploying and building continuous partnerships across different categories to utilize their platforms to generate brand awareness, be it 3rd party Databases, affiliate marketing channels or other online partnerships. • Assist in content development of paid media strategy and mix of publisher to reach quarterly KPI's and paid media goals. • Be it with Consumer Journey or Product or Art teams, work closely to ensure content developed represents the true brand essence (different Reduced Risk Product platforms) or legal / CA to ensure content is legally approved and is standard reports are ready on time. Ensure data privacy teams and always in the loop to ensure adequate data control measures are in place. • Develop deep understanding of consumer journey as well as brands so the content development is aligned. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Including, analyzing campaign results, report on key metrics and constantly optimize existing (if needed) as well as future campaigns based on data driven learnings. Using insights from GA/DCM/Data studio/Affiliate tracking platform. • Assist in content development and campaign executions. Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and campaign goals across the organization. Closely manage internal stakeholders and external agency partners to execute successful digital marketing campaigns. • Responsible to compile and deliver all the necessary tracking for external reporting. Who we’re looking for • College/University Degree related to e-Commerce/Computer Sciences/Business Studies • 2+ years as a multi-channel expert across Paid media, Affiliate marketing, OOH ad networks, CPL/CPA publishers, database partners, Social Media, and Retargeting channels. • Working with an affiliate marketing tracking platform • Expertise in developing paid acquisition channel strategies • Expertise in handling paid partnerships and communicating and with external key account partners • Familiarity with analytics platforms and with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data. • Strong attention to detail.
