If the answer is yes, then we'd like to hear from you… Read further if you want to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: • planning, coordination and control of tobacco products in EU Manufacturing Centres; • active participation in multi-functional projects related to tobacco product maintenance; • bringing opportunities to implement improvements and innovations to our processes; • provide regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to management Our ideal candidate would match following experience and competence requirements: Required Experience: • have university degree; • preferably a first experience in a multinational environment or/and in Operations, Business Administration, Production or related field; Key Competencies: • strives for professional development, is open for changes and will bring innovative ideas; • can work independently, handle multiple needs of various internal customers and complete tasks within appropriate timelines; • has strong analytical, problem solving capabilities coupled with project management and planning skills; • has proficiency in English both spoken and written; • has knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills, also PowerBI would be an asset; What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete the online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests are composed out of a personality test, and a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.
