Your ‘day to day’ • Assist the IT Resilience Manager (IT Resilience Management which includes, IT Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management) in the development of an effective IT Resilience framework and plans to ensure a cohesive and efficient process is in place for the recovery and continuity of the firm's critical services • Build and maintain a golden source of data for IT Resilience tracking, reporting and maintenance activities • Organise the periodic series of Business Impact Analysis and IT Continuity Plan meetings to confirm the adequacy of the current processes and recovery strategies • Produce action lists from such meetings and ensure such agreed actions are carried through to completion • Ensure updates to IT Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Incident Management and IT Crisis Management policies, procedures, and arrangements are performed in compliance with PMI IT Continuity and Resilience Policies • Develop and maintain and IT Continuity and IT Crisis Management plans, user guides, communications templates across Global PMI IT Platforms and Services • Be involved in the annual review of documentation and continually improving the IT Resilience framework, plans and processes • Assist in the preparation of Board and Executive Management Reports • Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure controls are reviewed regularly providing assurance as to the effectiveness of the firm's IT Resilience operations • Liaise with and building up working relationships with external providers of Resilience Services, consultants, auditors, and other stakeholders • Report and maintain a register of IT Resilience incidents, actions, and outcomes • Ensure controls are reviewed regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the firm's IT Resilience Framework and Documentation • Develop and maintain IT Crisis Management playbooks and runbooks across Global PMI IT Platforms and Services • Assist with designing and leading regular IT Continuity and IT Crisis Management exercises using a range of testing formats • Assist with horizon scanning for new threats, risks, or changes in existing risks, in relation to business risks, information security risks, and IT Continuity risks Who we’re looking for • Ideally a Business Continuity Qualification eg CBCI • Knowledge of the Business Continuity Institute's Good Practice Guidelines and / or the International Standards ISO22301, ISO22313, ISO27001 or similar standards • Knowledge of Cloud practices and third-party service integration • Proven experience of facilitating IT Disaster Recovery tests • Proven experience of incident and crisis management planning and testing • Proven experience of conducting business impact assessments and risk assessments • Experience of building successful working relationships • Experience of providing information to various levels of management • Ability to engage effectively with employees, partners, and other stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent Time Management skills • Ability to remain calm and composed during demanding situations What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
