PMI is seeking to appoint a Third-Party Cyber Risk Manager to assist the Global Head of Third-Party Cyber Risk Management Programme (TPCRM) in the development and execution of the TPCRM framework. The TPCRM Team is responsible for managing the end to end framework providing assurance around outsourced Third-Parties posing cyber, data privacy and resilience risks in PMI’s large, international and diverse supplier landscape. Your ‘day to day’ • You will act as a senior representative of the TPCRM team working primarily with key stakeholders from: • PMI’s broader Third-Party Risk Management Governance Structure • PMI Central and regional functions i.e., Information Security, Technology, Procurement and client facing business units. • External parties such as key suppliers. • Lead and program manage the roll out of the TPCRM framework. • Establish and drive best practice processes and governance across all third-party cyber risk management activity globally. • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), key point of contact and report to various committees on matters related to the TPCRM function. • Lead projects related to the TPCRM programme. • Deliver fully compliant end to end processes for new and legacy suppliers, aligned to regulatory obligations across various regulatory environments. • Identify, propose and assess risk remediations and controls, consistent with the wider business environment and express your opinions clearly to all levels. • Be involved in the annual review of documentation and continually improving the TPCRM framework, plans and processes. • Assist in the preparation of Board and Executive Management Reports. • Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure controls are reviewed regularly providing assurance as to the effectiveness of the firm's TPCRM operations. Who we’re looking for • Proven experience of running TPCRM programmes. • Prior experience of auditing and assessment of recognised security best practice frameworks such as ISO 27000, Systems and Organizational Controls (SOC) reporting or PCI-DSS. • A recognized TPRM qualification from Shared Assessments, Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) or Thompson Reuters or willingness to complete one. • Experience working with international entities and understanding of compliance requirements within a diverse regulatory framework. • A sound understanding of technology platforms. • Experience of building successful working relationships. • Experience of providing information to various levels of management. • Strong project management skills. • Ability to engage effectively with employees, partners, and other stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
