The TPCRM Team is responsible for managing the end to end framework providing assurance around outsourced Third-Parties posing cyber, data privacy and resilience risks in PMI’s large, international and diverse supplier landscape. Your ‘day to day’ • You will assist the TPCRM Manager in the development of an effective TPCRM framework and act as a representative of the TPCRM team working primarily with key stakeholders from: o PMI’s broader Third-Party Risk Management Governance Structure. o PMI Central and regional functions i.e., Information Security, Technology, Procurement and client facing business units. o External parties such as key suppliers. • Assist the TPCRM Manager in the development and execution of the effective TPCRM framework. • Build and maintain a golden source of data for third-party tracking, reporting and monitoring activities. • Ensuring risk acceptance plans are documented and signed off where risk acceptance is the chosen risk treatment option. • Maintain TPCRM risk dashboards and performance related metrics for management review. • Contribute to any third-party activities (Onboarding, Due Diligence, Monitoring, Off-boarding). • Coordinate onsite assessment of critical third parties via internal PMI functions and managed assessment services. • Be involved in the annual review of documentation and continually improving the TPCRM framework, plans and processes. • Assist in the preparation of Board and Executive Management Reports. • Work with the PMI contract owners and risk assessors to ensure TPCRM database is updated with key information associated with Third Party Suppliers and Partners. Who we’re looking for • Proven experience of undertaking TPCRM activities. • A sound understanding of risk management principles • Willingness to undertake a recognized TPRM qualification from Shared Assessments, Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) or Thompson Reuters. • Experience working with international entities and understanding of compliance requirements within a diverse regulatory framework. • A sound understanding of technology platforms. • Experience of building successful working relationships • Experience of providing information to various levels of management • Ability to engage effectively with employees, partners, and other stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
