Your ‘day to day’ We are looking for Line Leads for our RISE: Manufacturing Leaders of the Future (MLOF), our program that serves as a springboard to a progressive and productive career in Philip Morris. You will be responsible for leading a diverse and talented team working together towards making every day a perfect day in manufacturing. You will be driving the execution of standard processes to meet the required product standards and increase productivity and will play a pivotal role in building the capability of the line team to constantly raise the bar of manufacturing excellence. You will be at the forefront of creating a culture that goes all out for zero loss, zero defects, and breakthrough results through coaching and mentoring. You will be expected also to effectively build your team’s capability in the use of Lean Manufacturing Practices methodology. Who we’re looking for You have at least a bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or related engineering courses). You have at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience working in a multinational manufacturing company. It is a plus if you are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good collaboration and communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required.
