We are looking for our Commercial and Logistics Key Accounts Coordinator. This is a strategic role within the Commercial team in Mexico. The purpose of the job is to be responsible of full implementation and deployment on commercial & logistic initiatives of PMM key accounts strategies. Be the main contact between chains and PMM involved business units (staff and field sales force) to provide a robust two way communication channel in order to activate on time action plans ensuring the operational strategies. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure the proper management of the category within the account aligning common KPIs (Volume, SOM, Inventory ) through the correct operative performance; assuring the optimal portfolio allocation reducing LOGD Key Accounts. Follow up on activities from MKT, TMK,C&C and Distribution in order to support them in the daily operative tasks. • Responsible for delivering deep numerical analysis in order to design the most suitable commercial strategies for each account as well as providing accurate initiatives for a better resources allocation ensuring compliance and positive ROI for PMM; supporting Sr. Key Accounts Manager and Key Account Manager’s decision making process. • Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective communication channel between the account and PMM’s business units for the correct implementation of the commercial activities; ensuring long term relationships. • Responsible for delivering deep analysis and integral proposals in order to support commercial and logistics agreements renewals aligned with PMM´s strategy direction. • Facilitate an on-going dialogue and feedback process for gathering insights on competitive threats and market opportunities within each sales area and co-develop ad-hoc plans and strategies to address them. • Manage the process gathering bottom up territory & area requests for the development and improvement of commercial programs and tools that support the commercial plan and address business opportunities and threats as they arise. • Ensure the correct PMM - Account Supply chain delivery (Order &Invoice placement, logistic operator route schedule, distribution center appointment, Fill rate delivery) • Deep analysis a (P&O) solving on route to consumer (POS Fill rate, OO´s follow up, ensure LO product availability for strategic sku´s in order to IMS, Downstream Visibility) Who we’re looking for… • Business administration, Marketing degree or related • Two year experience in the commercial area (Sales, Marketing, Trade marketing) • Knowledge of the High End Trade channel • Supply chain knowledge (recommended) • Analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
