Identity & Access Management (IAM) As we accelerate our digital journey, we are reshaping the experience of our entire workforce using modern solutions that allow everybody to work and collaborate in a flexible and effective manner. Your 'day to day' We are seeking a Senior IAM Architect that is passionate about designing and delivering best-in-class IT services to a worldwide organization, and relentlessly looks at improving the lives of their colleagues. As IAM Architect, your focus will be Directory Services, but you will also have oversight on Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management, the solution architects assigned to each workstream will report to you. To do so, you will leverage your excellent technical and functional knowledge to design, govern and secure the Directory Services, as well as solutions built on top of, or integrated with it. You will closely collaborate with suppliers and internal resources (IAM peers, infrastructure, and security architects) to identify significant changes to Microsoft AD/AAD and associated components. You will also define the most appropriate roadmap in the context of the overall Directory Services and business evolution. You will lead proof-of-concepts and pilots to evaluate new (major) capabilities and drive the deployment and transition of new features to Directory Services operations, as well as promote them within the organization (blogs, community posts, live webcasts, inputs for training material). Finally, you will take part in a global community of architects to share knowledge and promote the usage of standardized solutions and practices. You must thrive in fast-changing environments, love to learn new skills and deliver new functionalities, engage directly with stakeholders to capture their requirements and map them to the best possible solution. You can clearly articulate, argue and document your thoughts so that your designs and recommendations are understood and properly implemented by operational teams. You will be acutely aware that transformation requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality, a lot of teamwork and effective knowledge sharing. More specifically, you will • Be responsible for the architecture integrity and evolution of IAM at global scale, including its roadmap • Define architecture principles and associated governance, in collaboration with our Information Security and Data Privacy team, to ensure the platform stays secure and performs adequately • Be line management for the other IAM solution architects (PAM / IGA), conducting work reviews, inputting to those workstreams and evaluating the output • Define and integrate security-by-design & privacy-by-design requirements and considerations into systems during their implementation, deployment and support • Monitor changes in the legal, regulatory, and contractual landscape, evaluate impact and recommend necessary security improvements • Engage with internal stakeholders (mostly other Information architects) to determine the most appropriate usage of IAM products to protect company information • Constantly assess new features and engage with business partners (including Microsoft) to determine their potential benefits to our workforce, or affect existing operations • Actively participate in ‘scrum’ ceremonies to align activities with the rest of the Directory Services team members • Provide technical guidance to and share knowledge with Engineers who are building and operating the services Who are we looking for? • Proven technical expertise designing, piloting, deploying and transitioning Microsoft Active Directory & Azure Active Directory products to operational teams with a focus on AD, AAD, ADFS, AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, Self-Service Password Reset & Password Less. • Meaningful experience in designing, governing, implementing, documenting and operating IAM solutions for a large enterprise • Experience as a Team Lead or other supervisory role • Experience designing and/or implementing PAM/IGA solutions. • Relevant Microsoft certifications, particularly around Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS). • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners • Multifaceted, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive own priorities with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals • Good skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate across multiple departments • Team oriented with demonstrable ability to lead through influence What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
