Your ‘day to day’ • Responsible for the onboarding of Product Teams to the DEEP Platform (DEEP is our own Platform developed for the deployment of different apps currently running in AWS, such as Bitbucket, Jira, Muse, Elastic, MuleSoft, Confluence, Terraform, Jenkins). • Facilitate, guide and educate their practice and adoption within DEEP services to our internal and external users. (Software Engineers, IT Devops Teams, etc.) • Participate in the development of the Product for the customers, to help them reach the maturity and skills to manage the product. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies. Manage sprint process, daily tasks, and workload efficiently, while communicating progress, blockers, and goals clearly with the bigger team. • Respond to ongoing consult requests, meeting with technical teams (component owners) to analyze customer needs and provide consultation for the overall development and design of secure, robust, scalable, cloud solutions. • Develop process improvements. • Retrofit DEEP Guidebook documenting product specifications, repetitive issues, etc. Who we’re looking for: • Fluent English (must). • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure (desirable). • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (desirable). • Relationship-building skills with Product Owners, DEEP community and component owners. • Strong communication skills (spoken and writing). • Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging DEEP Community audience with the Platform and related tools. • Interested in learning new things and technologies.
