You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ As a Category Manager for Marketing services you will develop & execute Global Sourcing Strategy for marketing categories (Brand Marketing, Global CX, Corporate Marketing) by interacting with key partners, analyzing markets and deliver end-to-end category management practices across all region. Develop and handle marketing communication plans aligned to the marketing campaign strategy and to customer personas and lifecycle stages. Execute marketing campaigns working closely with operations team and wider Procurement team Brand Strategy: Own the development and amplification of a corporate brand strategy that will drive significant awareness, understanding and purchase preference, by aligning global brand strategy, assets and local partners including campaign, product marketing, corporate communications, sustainability, employee success (HR), customer success group (support), etc Agency Management and collaboration: Partner with agencies and cross functional team to unlock their best potential. Strategic review by partnering with Procurement team Who we’re looking for: Native or proficient level of English 5+ years brand marketing, or creative agency experience Experience leading and supporting multiple well-known global brands Proven knowledge of branding standard methodologies and principles Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets) Bid-management experience & contracting experience (including KPI setting and measurement) Tactical & Strategical thinking, outstanding analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal approach is must Eye For Business: ability to comprehend the global strategies Results Orientation: ability to follow through commitments from start to finish, remove barriers that prevent achieving the results, learn from mistakes and integrate findings.
