As a Talent & Performance Delivery Senior Specialist, you will take full ownership for all complex requests received in EU markets, region and functions, ensuring a proper and timely resolution in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs. Become a focal point for stakeholders and foster customer centricity and employee experience by understanding our customers’ needs and providing input for the adjustment of our service based on the feedback obtained. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers and key stakeholders from EU (local, regional and functional level) in order to detect needs, anticipate support requirements. Be a liaison between CoE and Regions/markets/functions and ensure to close the inner and outer feedback loops; • Support the deployment of the Talent Management services and product roadmap in EU markets, region and function with focus on employee experience. Solve complex talent management process queries and data analysis requests, support the build of talent review packs for EU Region and Functions, and ensure P&C capability building; • Support the deployment of the Performance Management services and product roadmap in EU markets, region and function with focus on employee experience. Solve complex performance management process queries and data analysis requests, advise and support on objective setting, multi-rater assessments and continuous feedback throughout the year, act as focal point during year-end review cycle and ensure P&C capability building. • Facilitate the co-creation of new or enhanced Talent & Performance products between the CoE and EU markets, regions and functions by gathering and analysing different data points to influence on continuous improvement or significant changes to the products. • Participate actively as a team member in a wide range of regional and global projects linked to the Integrated Talent Management scope.
