Your ‘day to day’ We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing our large volume accounts in Finland in our FMC business (Factory Made Cigarettes). This position will report into the National Key Account Manager and be located at our offices in Helsinki. The role will involve: • Full responsibility for our large accounts, including building and maintaining relationships with our clients • Responsible for contributions to our digital trade platforms to increase engagement of our retailers • Work with wider commercial deployment team on implementing new product launches • Participate in and have responsibility for commercial projects, and contribute towards the overall commercial strategy • Work in close cooperation with other internal departments to ensure smooth service to key accounts, such as Supply Chain, Customer Service and Business Planning, as well as relevant external 3rd parties • Lead on yearly negotiations • Responsibility for invoice and Purchase Order approval Who we’re looking for If you have the following profile, we would love to hear from you! • Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant field • 5+ years experience working with client management, key accounts/sales, ideally within FMCG industry • Evidence of strong negotiation and contract management skills • Strong communication and stakeholder manager experience • Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and colleagues • Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize workload and problem solve • Fluency in both English and Finnish • Positive attitude and ability to have fun in a small yet busy team!
