We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products. We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop 3Y strategic plan and drives for Key projects with Marketing and Sales team • Plan the long and short term industry and volume, guaranteeing the constant and rapid flow of update market information to the management team, by interpreting results of the analysis and make recommendations on the best course of action • Recommend consumer pricing positions • Monitor and predict competition movements and make recommendations on the best course of action • Participate and plan commercial programs, projects and initiatives from idea generation to deployment planning working in cross-functional teams • Recommend the prioritization of Key commercial initiatives along the year, working by working close with Key stakeholders in cross-multifunctional strategic initiatives • Define KPIs and monitor strategic plan implementation and key growth initiatives - based on several sources of information • Introduce consumer centric metric to all key strategic projects, developing the consumer centricity mindset and consumer data driven decision across organization • Translate the consumer insights into corrective actions to improve the experience • Identify patterns and relationships in the data and finding opportunities to make improvements through in-depth analysis of all key variables affecting our processes and business performance • Run Key strategic commercial projects business cases and new business models for risk reduced products • Be responsible for the preparation of ad-hoc business models to evaluate proposed sales strategies or brand initiatives and the likely impact taking into account retail price, volume and share. • Prepare and conduct presentations and workshops for management team and key business parters • Ensure that all processes in Commercial are continuously measured and improved in order to support Business Objectives Who we’re looking for • Previous experience working in business development & planning. • Solid foundations: - Business & Financial Acumen o Consumer Knowledge - Consumer Insights & Analytics into Action - Market Analytics & Insights • Omni-channel activity planning, execution & evaluation •Optimization of investments •Project Management skills is a nice to have • Fluent English is mandatory •Strong experience in analytics, being able to: -Navigate in cross-functional environment and breaking silos -Challenging the status quo •Show strong collaboration sjills: - Flexibility, strong communication and influencing skills •Drive to achieve: - We look for an autonomous leader, tenacious and creative - Quickly to adapt to work in a fast-paced environment - Work towards results, strong orientation of service to the internal client •Agility: -Seek and adapt to change quickly -Take calculated risks -Have the courage to pivot or stop certain activities when necessary What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
