Your ‘day to day’ • Support project managers/leads in coordinating assessing, evaluating, and deploying IT solutions (global and local) or processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant external vendors, functional/product teams; • Working with customers to transform data into usable information to optimise the business and drive process improvements; • Actively engage with business stakeholders to perform business problem scoping and requirements gathering based on consumer/customer journey; • Facilitate User Testing (UAT and UVT) and support business stakeholder’s issue/ defect management; • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope; • Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies. Who we’re looking for • Proven project experience (Agile/Waterfall); • Working experience with application support on Cloud platform AWS; • Working experience with MS BI Stack (SSIS) would be preferred; • Experience with eCommerce, Salesforce (MC, CC) platforms would be added advantages; • Strong collaboration and communication skills; • Leverage data and analytical thinking to make business decision; • Extensive professional experience working as an IT Analyst. During that time period worked on at least 2 projects or one product/software solution deployment; • Understanding of software development standards, tools and frameworks.
