3rd Party Executive

Bratislava, Slovakia The purpose of this job is to act as a key contact person for the assigned 3rd party agency to oversee the deployment of the commercial strategies and initiatives related to the external field force through the agency as well as support it by execution of required tasks. Main responsibilities ➲ Manage and ensure effective cooperation with the assigned 3rd party provider; ➲ Support the training of 3rd party (agency) employees, monitor their performance and review their monthly remuneration; ➲ Brief the 3rd party provider on planned activities and report on their results; ➲ Regularly update relevant internal stakeholders on the planned campaigns in regard to the external field force; ➲ In coordination with other departments (Key Accounts, Commercial Deployment, Procurement and Commercial Planning & Business Intelligence) to ensure smooth deployment of external field force; ➲ Secure premiums and uniforms purchase; ➲ Provide feedbacks on existing toolboxes and bring new ideas based on market experience and knowledge. What are we looking for? ➲ 2+ years in the area of marketing/trade marketing and sales; agency background welcomed ➲ University degree preferred; ➲ Advanced level of Slovak (C1+) & English language (B2) ➲ Independent, Analytically thinking and Detail oriented; ➲ Excellent communication skills | Patience and endurance; ➲ Driving license B. Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 1.400€ / month (the actual salary depends on seniority level)
