Commercial Planning Manager Lead commercial planning efforts for PMI Lebanon, translating plans developed by Consumer Experience and Marketing & Digital teams into channel-specific deployment strategy, ensuring consistent execution within the channels, with an omni-channel perspective. Integration of the trade lifecycle with consumer experience programs, recommending initiatives that enhance commercial performance and NPS. Main Responsibilities: - Develop the commercial deployment plan for our products (incl. stock and revenue, forecasting, visibility platforms, capacity management and performance monitoring). - Develop trade channel strategy/channel roles and channel mix optimization to execute omnichannel commercialization strategy and plan. - Measure, track and ensure Commercial performance of Commercial Operations department. - Deploy content, campaigns, programs, initiatives and projects across channels. Participate in the Consumer programs/Marketing & Digital team governance and provide input and recommendation to the overall Marketing and Digital short / long term plans as consumer value management and portfolio subject matter expert. - Lead, train and motivate the team to meet set KPIs, and ensure relevant feedback, individual development plans are in place, support is provided with follow up and frequent developmental evaluation. Profile: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration, MBA is preferred - 5-7 years of experience in Planning processes, Sales, Sales planning, Field sales force, with exposure to a multinational environment. - Highly collaborative -establishes collaborative and trusting relationships with the business’s key leaders and partners - Comfortable processing data of various sources and building strong data pipelines. Critical Thinking and solid data/ number understanding - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work under targets and with deadline. - Language Skills: English (fluent)
