You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ as the Manager WH&L Operations Performance • Functional lead for Performance, PMO & Portfolio management: o Leads the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure portfolio of programs in WHL Operations are defined, set up for success and delivered in quality – through project/program standards, resource management, cascade of governance, gates etc. o Leads the performance cycle and deliver the results Q-o-Q and Y-o-Y for the function o Brings analytics as a capability to be able to help solve for performance gaps and opportunities including predicting possible risks to delivery of results o review with the sub-function lead the list of the projects, verify resources needed for new ones and call out if needed. • Define with sub-function stream leaders KPI’s to measure initiatives success and centralize their management & automation: o Define with WHL Operations stream leaders in process and output the results to measure initiatives success and centralize their management & automation o Work with OSRD team and IT for results tracking automation o Create a centralized dashboard to track on a weekly/ monthly basis all agreed parameters • Act as the Single Point of Contact in the WHL Operations team for the functional SDDS through the PDCA definition, master plan and 90 days plan set up and maintenance: o Runs the annual SDDS process o Ensures that each stream produce its own PDCA o Collaborate with sub stream leaders to ensure the plans • Project manage all interdependencies and SME inputs to ensure timely identification of critical path activities and external inputs o Coordinate and Facilitate WHL Global operations budget cycle and forecast review o Manage Budget and RF calendar with Finance and Sub stream leaders o Ensure all sub stream team provides info as per calendar and review prepared information with Director Global OPS • Be the single point of contact for WH&L Operations capability building: o Drive WH&L operations sub-function in defining skills and capabilities for their roles, defining scorecard to measure current capability coverage and prepare the development plan/ training with operations excellence and OSRD for the team to become best in class in WH&L Operations Who we’re looking for: • Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Professional experience in Project Management, Supply Chain & Finance • 5+years’ experience in supply chain and/or Finance Operations/ controlling • Min 2 years in leading department performance • Proven track record to collaborate with different teams • Strong interpersonal capabilities: • Ability to be flexible in a demanding, fast-paced environment, where it is important to react quickly to incoming requests. Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information • Ability to work effectively with a diversity of people. Manage interpersonal conflict properly • Ability to connect the dots to create new opportunities. Has curiosity to look for new ways & opportunities to bring value, simplify processes and/or reduce cost • Results Orientation: Ability to follow through commitments from start to finish, remove barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, learn from mistakes.
