Your ‘day to day’ You will lead the Consumer Acquisition Strategy for our Reduced Risk Products (RRP) developing and deploying education and acquisition initiatives and programs, in order to contribute to an optimal brand performance in terms of conversion, volume, market share and Net Promoter Score (NPS) within approved budgets and in compliance with current legislation and policies. You will build RRP acquisition strategies with a consumer at the core mindset and enabled by digital, in line with current RRP commercial strategies, market dynamics, and competitive environment; as well as prepare, propose and implement lead generation and programs based on acquisition strategy. You will create lead generation programs tailored to the needs of core target Legal Age Smokers (LAS) audiences, as well as pivot and adjust programs based on evolution of core target audience needs, market maturity and performance. You will facilitate the development and deployment of relevant toolboxes, coordinate the alignment within the project team including but not limited to activation at offline channels, outbound customer communication, front liner talking points, Information Technology (IT) systems etc. and test program mechanics and content. You will monitor competitors’ activities, products, promotions, acquisition programs, advertising; and you will ensure that all approved acquisition activities are carried out in line with PM policies and procedures. Who we’re looking for • College/University Degree or equivalent. Not specific background of education needed. • 2-5 years of marketing, digital or consultancy experience in relevant fields, especially e-commerce, lead generation and/or retail. Experience in previous roles linked to consumer engagement, trade marketing / trade programs with a clear understanding of dynamics on the field. • Digital background, lead and awareness generation background, understanding of the route to market, communication and promotion of programs. • Spanish: Native / English: Proficiency. • Strategy and data oriented. • Experience in leading projects end to end. • Ability to bring new ideas on the table. • Consumer focus. • Challenging behavior. • Ability to lead indirect teams.
