Your ‘day to day’ The manager marketing services is responsible for leading the strategic vision of the marketing services organization to support the brand strategies into: (a) Direct Marketing activities across all brand groups (strategy and implementation), (b) Media Planning, (c) Marketing compliance, (d) Marketing communication & information across the company, (e) bridge with the IS department to assure following the standards in terms of security policies and consumer data protection. Role responsibilities: 1. Lead the strategic vision of the 1-2-1 activities through the available communication channels whilst achieving the best consumer experience with the brand and enhance consumer engagement activities. 2. Assure that the marketing department complies with PMI policies and procedures to guarantee appropriate operation within the current legal framework. 3. Direct the communication flow for the different activities implemented by the marketing team to assure awareness among the PM Mexico organization. This activity contributes to establish a well-informed business decision making process among marketing director and brand managers thus directly following-up on the overall performance of the business. 4. Manage the processes to support on-going marketing operations and brand-related activities including agency management, BMR reviews, inventory controls, etc. to guarantee compliance with business policies. 5. Assure that the media strategy is developed according to the established marketing plan and that conveys with the business objectives. Key Qualifications • Knowledge of database management procedures, segmentation and audience selection; event marketing experience is a plus. • Strong project management skills and experience managing agency teams is a must. • Fluent in both written and spoken English. • Effective Communication and networking skills Motivated, Success driven and Results-Oriented Analytical • Quick Learner. • Flexible yet with high integrity • Team Leader • Player Knowledge in dealing with advertising agencies and suppliers Strong customer service orientation. Education & Experience • College/University degree in business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Industrial engineer. • MBA desirable • 5 to 6 years of experience in a marketing manager position.
