Your ‘day to day’ As a Digital Planning Executive, part of our Digital Trade Marketing group under the Sales Strategy team, you will play a critical role in translating key business strategies into customer-oriented trade engagement campaigns within our digital platform. You will be supporting the strategic planning process for trade engagement efforts across different portfolio and sales initiatives. Your day-to-day will include managing digital campaigns, gathering and analyzing information in order to continuously improve business KPIs, and continuously collaborating with commercial stakeholders in order to successfully implement recommended strategies. Your core responsibilities • Using data analysis as foundation, identify key customer insights and formulate digital strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives • Maintain and develop digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to support different brand initiatives, increase customer traffic, and improve sales conversion both across online and offline channels • Set meaningful KPIs followed by continuous performance monitoring and optimizing the campaigns to drive brand performance and enhanced customer journey • Collaborate with key stakeholders on mechanic, and tools development to deploy the respective activations • Collect and analyze measurements of successful digital initiatives versus set targets and objectives, and make recommendations for future initiatives following data and feedback Who we’re looking for A self-motivated, forward-thinking, creative individual who is eager to create impact by developing sales strategies based on key customer insights and competitive dynamics. Relevant commercial (Sales or Marketing) work experience is an advantage, but interested employees from non-commercial functions are welcome to apply. You have strong collaboration, presentation, planning, prioritizing and organizational skills, and can lead/support a few projects with tight deadlines, as well as manage third party manpower. You are interested in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations.
