Join us in this role and you’ll be part of our IT Information Security & Data Privacy international team in the beautiful city of London. Your “day to day” • Identify, aggregate and prioritize all sources of demand for information security architecture and engineering services from a central and regional perspective • Work with other Information Security stakeholders to design and maintain a process to govern acceptance and prioritization of demand using a fully risk-based approach • Ensure that the process fits with the various project and service management frameworks used within the larger IT community (e.g. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, SAFe) • Implement and continuously improve the process leveraging workflow platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) and the maximum level of automation • Establish, maintain and utilize forecasting to build a forward-looking demand plan; monitor the performance of the demand process and continuously improve output, accuracy and bias • Challenge accuracy when significant deviations occur between the statistical forecast and the forward-looking demand plan and take corresponding actions to improve it • Manage rules for abnormal demand, supply issues and customer requirements that are outside the capability of the team to deliver • Facilitate the onboarding of external resources (e.g. contractors) to temporarily augment the team's capacity and meet extraordinary demand Who we’re looking for • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IT demand within a large organization • Professional certifications in Information Security or Cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred but not required • Project management or team leadership experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions and overseeing formal cost/benefit analyses • Proven track record in developing relationships with IT stakeholders while adopting a customer-first and service-oriented mindset • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing automated workflows in ServiceNow and/or Jira • Strong organizational skills for planning workload, resources and consistently monitoring progress towards goals • Considerable technical writing proficiency, oral presentation skills, problem solving and decision-making skills • Practical experience in Agile/DevOps organizations and cultures • Highly collaborative, with ability to build relationships with colleagues from different cultures throughout the organization What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
