Your ‘day to day’ As a key member of our IoT team, you will work within a dynamic and skilful team, who is responsible for developing and integrating IoT technologies that will enable us to improve and fine-tune our existing Reduced-Risks Products portfolio as well as our next generation products. In particular, as Manager IOT Retail, Care & EMS Solutions, you will be accountable for front facing capabilities used in PMI’s retail, care and electronic factories. Who we’re looking for • Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent • 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ in leading large scale, multi located, product/project teams • Strong Product Management experience leading IoT solutions implementation with a focus on mobile and web applications. • Experience in setting up and maintaining a technology roadmap, setting a vision for the products • Ability to understand complex technical topics both Hardware( Firmware, Chipset etc) and Software ( Cloud, CI/CD, security, architecture etc) domains • Experienced in working within AGILE (SCRUM, LEAN, KANBAN, XP) Teams • Passion about technology and innovation • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills • Excellent team player who can work independently • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills, able to learn on the fly while capable to deal with ambiguity • Experience on IoT solutions rollout including dealing with complex legal setups (GDPR) • UI/UX experience (Axure, Figma, …) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
