You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ Lead and coordinate deployment of a wide range of projects, initiatives that are integral part of the Operations Customer Service - OCS (Supply Chain) Strategy in the local market. Such include but not limited to Masterplan/90 Day Plan, Customer collaboration projects, DRP, OPEN+ (PMI’s continues improvement system), Product launches, various Process and Networks assessments and other program-based goals. Collaborate with peers in the market, region and global to understand and adapt the regional and global programs to market specifics. Translate broad corporate OCS strategies into clear, specific objectives and plans for units and individuals in the E2E Supply Chain. Build plans that address specific segments or contrasts local market with other locations or regions. Manage market OCS performance targets (KPIs adherence). Role Accountabilities • Ensure market performance strategies are aligned to global and regional strategies. • Collaborate locally as well as regionally & globally at all levels for implementation of OCS programs/initiatives. Prepare holistic transition plans with focus on change management and corresponding capability gap assessment plan. • Coordinate regional efforts of different global project deployment and regional initiatives. • Establish and facilitate the governance mechanism for leading the key OCS projects/programs using the existing governance model and make improvements as required. Setup and lead SteerCos as required. Present to MT and above the progress. • Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes. Lead the governance for efficiency initiatives & act as a single point of contact for different initiatives. • Act as performance lead. Facilitate and enhance the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes as elements of the total control of the operation. • Improve organization efficiency and help to build people capabilities by introducing new processes, structures based on evolving global business and organizational requirements (e.g. OPEN+, downstream visibility, DRP, OTIF/Case fill rate, network optimization, RTM). • Implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems in relations to initiatives and programs. Set clear expectations, track critical milestones and focus on performance. • Lead key market projects as new product introductions (NPI), DRP, and other strategic programs. Support the external customer facing function deployment. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree / Industrial Engineer/Consultant or similar Experience in strategic Supply Chain Program Delivery roles and/ or corporate strategy. Experience in driving large scale cross-functional transformation with portfolio management methodologies. Experience implementing continues improvement systems and agile project management. Previous experience at a best-in-class management consulting firm or global CPG/FMCG will be considered as an asset. Experience driving senior management alignment and buy-in. Highly collaborative -establishes collaborative and positive relationships with the business’s key leaders and partners. Proficient English (written and spoken).
