We are looking for a Senior/ Analyst – Finance Controlling who will be a member of our Finance team. Readfurther if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Reconciling and supervising monthly financial results regarding variance analysis of actual data versus planned spending in line with US GAAP standards; •Proactively participating in budgets’ and forecasting preparation for respective function within the company, reviewing targets with business objectives by financial analysis to support management's decision-making process; •Collaborating and providing support to various partners within the company and other PMI affiliates for respective financial cycles; •Identifying areas for improvements, using LEAN methodology to eliminate inefficiencies. You: •Hold a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; •Have minimum 4 years of experience in the area of Finance within budgeting, financial reporting and financial systems ideally gained in an international environment; •Are a professional with strong analytical skills having experience in Cost Controlling, Budgeting, Balance Sheet and Net Working Capital Management; •Are a proficient English speaker with strong Excel skills and has good knowledge of financial coordinated systems (preferred SAP); •Are able to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks and follow time frames; •Own the skill of perspective thinking and ability to narrow an enormous number of details into readable management view; •Are a natural problem solver, business partner, with a high level of curiosity and passion for data analysis; •Are able to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. Due to COVID-19, this role will start as a remote position, but it will transfer to our HQ either partially or fully, after we start to work from the office again.
