You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ - You will be a trend setter and the subject matter expert in Air Ocean and Overland services related products and services categories, developing Global Strategic Procurement plan by interacting with key partners, analyzing category data and metrics to drive and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies. - You will execute Global and regional strategies by engaging with internal cross-functional partners, establishing relationships with external suppliers and industry professionals while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement and quality, and service levels. - Prepare and finalize tender specification documents, aligning with each region on specific requirements - Supervise and track onboarding of new suppliers - Prepare monthly budget and efficiency reports - Understand management accounts including the ability to assess business unit level cost and performance drivers - Assist procurement function in handling vendors to ensure service reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and & analysis of metrics of supplier performance. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain management or Engineering - Native or fluent speaking in English (at least C1) - proven ability in procurement (7-10 years experience) - 5-7 years of experience in procurement of Transportation services (Air & Ocean/ Overland) - Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets) - Bid-management experience & contracting experience (including KPI setting and measurement) - Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and fantastic negotiation skills WHAT WE OFFER: - Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
