If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Measurement Insights team in London, UK, we are therefore looking for a Digital Analytics Manager. In this position you will be responsible to play an instrumental role to drive evolution of global digital analytics capabilities for PMI and bring business insights to facilitate data-directed decisions. You will: • Drive evolution of global measurement framework at Google stack (Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Big Query, etc.) to ensure unified data capturing for web behavior tracking across all RRP (Reduced Risk Products) markets and enable outstanding analytics capabilities for Digital channels. You will also work in close collaboration with Omnichannel Operations and Information Technology to ensure consistent deployment of global measurement framework and data quality. • Manage the team of internal or external resources to supervise Consumer dynamics in Digital channels and conduct in-depth analysis to ease data-directed decisions by proactively exposing the insights to the key partners • Act as a partner for Global eCom Channels team to identify critical metrics, measure performance and bring actionable insights for optimization (including analysis for eCom performance directive, new features roadmap, etc.) • Lead performance measurement for Consumer Programs as a single-point-of-contact to craft the measurement plan and conduct omnichannel performance analysis demonstrating own expertise and involving other SMEs from Insights functions where applicable • Consult regional Hubs to accurately set up Campaign tagging and tracking prerequisites for Digital channels to measure performance of global campaigns and market driven initiatives • Contribute to the exploration of the use-case where digital data sources can substitute/complement traditional (survey based) consumer research techniques • Handle relationships with Google and other vendors providing technologies and resources required for Digital Measurement framework • Keep up on the latest innovations in order to explore opportunities for advanced analytics capabilities We’re looking for someone with: • Master’s degree in business administration, digital technologies, statistics or related fields • Proven track record of managing global measurement & analytics for web and digital channels within complex multinational environment with big scale digital footprint • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Web operations field with end-to-end accountability for analytics and data management • In-depth knowledge of Google technology stack (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, Big Query, Data Studio, etc.), Krux or other DMP, Paid Media analytics & DSP data (Programmatic / DCO) • Ability to convert data & analytics to the business insights. Hands on experience of applying data science / advanced analytics methods for digital data sources is highly desired. • Proficiency with modern data visualization tools & analytics technologies • Strong problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as well as confirmed leadership • Ability to present comfortably to a broad audience of partners and confidently defend findings in a discussion • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking • Proficient English.
