Your ‘day to day’ Key accountabilities for this role: • Supporting the team with driving e-Commerce trading through product, price, promotions and regular reporting; • Contributing to the e-Commerce operations of the business, inclusive of page setup, product information capture and merchandising execution to name a few; • Delivering to the UX strategy and standards, completing digital visual design as well as customer research testing and project management. Who we’re looking for: • 3+ years’ experience within an e-Commerce retail business environment, with strong data analysis; • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; • Software skills such as JIRA, Google Analytics, HotJar, Salesforce as well as experience with driving SEO, CRO, UX and UI improvements; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Degree Qualified (Digital/Marketing).
