You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Responsibilities: • Keep the maintenance strategy up to date • Creates the annual maintenance plans and the budget for their implementation in collaboration with the maintenance supervisors and the production manager and ensures the proper implementation of these plans, in a timely manner. • Evaluates preventive maintenance activities and proposes countermeasures for their optimization in terms of cost and time. • Defines the need for spare parts and the minimum-maximum level of spare parts stock for all equipment, taking into account the approved budget. • Clarifies with suppliers the technical aspects related to spare parts and materials. • Participates in the process of identifying new suppliers to identify possible opportunities for improvement in the cost and quality of purchases of spare parts and materials. • Secures and updates the equipment register. • Ensures that all machine documentation is up to date. • Initiates local and regional technical solutions and / or leads / participates in projects to improve the safety, quality and efficiency of equipment, spare parts and materials. • Identifies technical solutions, implements and monitors proposed improvements to equipment. • Participates actively in the decision-making process of continuous improvement, in accordance with the change management procedure. Qualifications: • College / University <> Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent; • Ability to solve problems, manage ambiguities, focus on results; • Good working skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; • Good working skills with SAP (maintenance module is an advantage); • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize activities, daily, weekly, etc. • Ability to make decisions in situations with major impact in achieving specific objectives; • Fluent level of English and Romanian, written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
