Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Your ‘day to day’ Fleet Administrator monitors telemetry results for management awareness and coordinate with partner departments for the implementation of the behavior programs related to Telemetry. • Responsible for Telemetry monitoring and reporting. • Coordinate with 3rd party vendor on trouble shooting and escalation of device issues. • Partners with Market and Fleet Safety and People and Culture on implementation of behaviour programs based on telemetry data. • Provides periodic accident reporting of all vehicles. • Ensure that all vehicles involve in accident has an LOA and insurance claims are released to the repair shops on a timely manner. • Coordinate with Fleet and Market Safety on accident reports that might needs disciplinary action to P&C. • Coordinates with the Fleet Safety Committee on making sure proper implementation of programs, communications and activities related to Fleet Safety. Who we’re looking for • College or University graduate. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, excel and PowerPoint. • In-depth technical knowledge on insurance claims handling. • Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. • Knows how to drive/ with valid driver’s license. • Knowledgeable on how a motor vehicle operates and can-do simple troubleshooting of vehicle. • Willing to travel to conduct site visits in multiple Sales Offices and PMFTC sites nationwide.
