In this new dynamic reality, our Swedish brand marketing team is looking for a Brand Manager RRP to develop and deploy strategic commercial projects and enhance the quality of our decisions. Working in your colleagues in the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic outset as well as hands-on implementing the projects in close collaboration with the deployment teams and other key stakeholders. As Brand Manager RRP you will lead the affiliate level business strategy communication across a range of channels. This role will ensure that the action plans are executed according to the strategy and in line with the principles and practices of PMI with the best cost efficiency. The day to day • Ensure an effective and relevant go-to market strategy and support the Marketing Manager RRP with new product launches and further product deployment and activation • Develop and deploy omni-channel communication plans of RRP throughout Sweden, ensuring a holistic, consistent approach • Constantly monitor sales, market, and consumer data in order to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and provide corrective measures • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, providing them with clear briefs, outlining strategy, what has to be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels • Work closely with product development and global headquarters brand team to ensure ultimate consumer-based strategy Who you are You are an ambitious and innovative marketer who will bring expertise and energy to the team. You will have the following profile: • A university degree within Marketing or relevant field • Minimum 6 years’ experience within marketing, ideally with exposure to FMCG • Experience working in a multinational company • Action and details oriented with strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multitasking • Concise communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills • A team-oriented approach and experience of working in commercial- and cross functional team • Fluent in English is a must, fluency in any Nordic language is a plus • Strong understanding of Nordic consumers and trends Who we are You will join a company that invests in you.
