Your ‘day to day’ Support the Head of digital in exploring areas of commercial development of on-line platforms (e.g. both direct & indirect channels) as well as the e-commerce logistic infrastructure, seeking for higher sales & web-site performance, higher conversion rate / average order value as well as system and processes enhancements. Play a key role in cooperating with Digital Team and IT team is also crucial in order to respectively communicate properly new services to IQOS users and translate business requirements in needed system and process implementation. Specific responsibilities include: Commercial Deployment: • Coordinate Commercial Deployment through continuously leveraging on new launches and promotions and coordinate other departments' activities (on e-commerce towards an omni-channel approach Delivery Experience: • Ensure the best Delivery Experience offered through, through activation of delivery services and maintaining/monitoring the overall infrastructure with ecommerce providers involved Indirect Channel Deployment: • Ensure that direct and indirect On-line Channels are in line with best market practices, to further boost sales while always increasing IQOS awareness and visibility E-commerce CRM & Loyalty: • Integrate e-commerce commercial activities to support the development of the IQOS CRM & Loyalty programs. • Support all channels into specific projects involving e-commerce platforms and leveraging on available CRM processes and information to support and develop Business initiatives maximizing e-commerce consumer experience, especially related to payment and delivery experiences. E-commerce Back-office & Customer Care activities: • Coordination of back-office activities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of e-commerce infrastructure within budget assigned, especially with respect to e-commerce customer care topics with CSC (Contact Service Center) and Contact Executive. • Collaborate with Customer Care and After Sales team to ensure full alignment and best user experience for all supported channels. Who we’re looking for • University Degree in General Management, Business Administration, Economics or IT Engineering • Minimum 5/6 years experience in similar professional area, in IT, business planning, finance and/or sales • Basic knowledge of e-commerce business • Some knowledge of Digital Marketing preferred. • Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders • Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity • Customer and problem-solving orientation • Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines. • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point. • Fluent in Italian and English. • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • A valid working permit for EU is requested.
