We are currently looking for Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) Senior Analyst to join our global team in Lausanne, Switzerland, and play an active role in the biggest transformation in the history of our industry. In this role, the S&PD Senior Analyst will support in defining objectives, strategies and KPIs aligned with our corporate ambition, cascading, and implementing them in markets in a cost-efficient way, monitoring progress and measuring performance. Key Activities: • Support the definition, structuration and cascading of objectives, strategies and KPIs for EA • Support the structuration of the portfolio of EA activities into Products and/or Projects • Support Product Owners in translating strategic imperatives into a prioritized portfolio of programs and projects • Ensure EA project portfolio is reflected in the Project Based Organization (PBO) system (SNow) including local initiatives • Track EA KPIs and report progress for central EA and local initiatives • Support in the preparation of the materials for Senior Management or Board of Directors meetings • Collaborate closely with cross-functional, regional and market S&PD teams to assess needs, ensure alignment and identify commonalities • Accelerate PBO implementation across the function as SME, working closely with Product/Project owners • Support Planning and Finance in the EA budget cycles Desired Profile: • Ideally 4-8 years similar experience in a global organization • Strong academic track record, with your degree science, or technology degree and/or business • Experience in project-management and working in strategic and/or budget planning • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Analytical mindset, strong with organization and attention to detail • Connect dots between project objectives, customer needs, company strategy and business objectives • Make unbiased judgments based on findings and data and provide constructive feedback What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress!
