Your ‘day to day’ Scope of the role is drive Talent Acquisition strategy and deploy several initiatives across the group of Affiliates (Philip Morris Italia (Rome) and Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology (Bologna) , ensuring focus and balance between regional and local needs, in order to attract and secure a strong Talent pipeline, supporting today’s and future business needs. Be the reference for the development and execution support of given area(s) of expertise across the Region EU with an active contribution and involvement in co-creation activities on the regional and global level. Specific responsibilities include: Cluster TA Strategy & Plans • Define Cluster TA Strategy & Cluster TA Plans based on current and anticipated needs • Propose and monitor budget for TA activities in the cluster • Keep abreast of latest TA external trends and bring them to the organization • Monitor Cluster TA KPI’s and provide EU forecast updates Define & Deploy Cluster Sourcing • Identify requirements and pass demand to direct sourcing Hub/accountable of Yearly recruitment plan and rolling forecast • Select, manage and evaluate performance of cluster search agencies reflecting current and future needs of cluster functions • Develop partnership with selected Universities; define Internship framework & execute Deploy EU Assessment Framework • Leverage global assessment tool box and implemented for the cluster needs • Address Local assessment needs with local provider (e.g. AC, English) Build Cluster TA Organization and TA capabilities • Build performing team of TA Executives • Manage and develop TA Executives using the global platforms • Deploy EU TA capabilities framework for TA executives Synergies, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Guarantee continuous improvement of TA activities • Collaborate in global projects with other TA cluster teams • Collaborate across clusters for TA design and exchange of knowledge • Provide requested input & feedback on behalf of cluster to Regional EU P&C Team • Manage relationships to external survey providers, conduct surveys (e.g. Top Employer) and integrate into EB/EVP Deploy EU on-boarding approach • Adapt EU onboarding concept, according to cluster needs, integrate with function specific on-boarding needs TA Operational Activities • Manage TA Projects for EU and group of clusters as defined by EU TA Plan • Guarantee efficient execution and co-ordination of all Cluster TA activities • Regular review and prioritize TA activities with P&C Director/P&C Managers • Coordinate all recruitments (point of contact for P&C Managers and interface with Direct Sourcing Hub for Senior level) • Ensure coordination with SSC (Share Service Center) in recruitment related activities • Evaluate and monitor TA KPIs regarding all cluster sourcing, engagement, assessment and on-boarding activities • Execute exit interview for Senior level • Run respective areas of expertise Who we’re looking for • 8 years in Human Resources and multinational environment; • Minimum 4-5 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition • Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives • Expertise & in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, Assessment; • Proven experience in training and coaching line managers on recruitment and selection philosophies, processes, and policies; • Solid know-how in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement; • Experience in leading multiple, medium-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others • People management experience • Fluent in Italian and English. • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point. • A valid working permit for EU is requested. • Being able to travel between the two affiliates (Rome and Bologna - 50%)   What we offer We offer a permanent contract Work location: Rome/Bologna Relocation support is available for this job Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
