The main purpose of the role is to lead on key knowledge management activities and projects, whilst ensuring cohesion and collaboration between project teams and other stakeholders. The Knowledge Management Engagement Specialist is responsible for promoting the uptake and engagement of knowledge content across People & Culture’s (HR) digital platform landscape within the local markets. This role will act as the regional point of contact for enquiries, insight gathering in line with key content creation activities. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Background in content writing skills with high attention to details; • Extensive change, engagement and adoption experience; • Excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills; • Experimental mindset – a person who is comfortable with failure, learn and move on; • Have a confident, positive, and friendly attitude, able to engage with multiple stakeholders across different regions; • Ability to multi-task, incorporating good organizational skills and flexibility, to prioritize work and deliver maximum business value; • Customer passion/centricity – ability see things through customers' point of view, ability to understand product benefits for the customer; • Comprehensive prioritization skills – ability to juggle projects, episodes, incidents, assess their priority, properly scope those considering limited resources; • Experience in working with agile methodologies; • Experience in using Salesforce, SharePoint, Ms Office and Power BI (nice to have). HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Owns the relationship between local market knowledge authors, and supports them in the ongoing knowledge creation activities (I.e. article/FAQ creation, maintenance and insight gathering). • Owns governance of knowledge ways of working, fostering the execution and maintenance of Knowledge process maps. • Coordinates and manages with local markets to review, compile and carry out extensive research on search tuning, taxonomy and local synonym phrases to ensure knowledge remains aligned and accessible. • Provides insight from the KM operational dashboard to the local knowledge authors, and uses reports to drive quality and effectiveness of employee knowledge within the market. • Accountable for running and maintaining future KM Community of Practices and actively encourages the use of design thinking and market led employee insight sharing. • Drives the sharing of knowledge and experiences gained during maturity and evolution of the product. • Acts as the single point of contact for the knowledge community (I.e. drive adoption and engagement of any technical or process related activity). • Supports in the processing of knowledge management Salesforce cases for countries live on MyPMI. • Coaching local market knowledge authors on content creation and writing guidelines, to ensure employee knowledge is created and maintained according to MyPMI Portal guidelines. • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and value of knowledge articles, ensuring the correctness of the assigned article authors. • Owns and supports the activities related to PMI’s Digital Document strategy embedded within the MyPMI project.
