Your ‘day to day’ • Lead Payroll Projects which will bring automation and solid processes to the operation. • Manage the Budget & Financials of Severance, International Assignment, and P&C department. • Responsible for Audits: Internal & External. • Exploit the effective use of Payroll & HR Systems (SAP, People Net). Who we’re looking for? We are looking for a highly motivated employee with passion and dedication to be our next Budget & Projects Lead that will lead People & Culture Operations projects and initiatives related to Financials, Budgeting, where accounting, payroll and systems management will be required. Requirements • University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. • Background in Finance roles. • Project Management experience. • Strong Analytical skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel. Power BI knowledge is a plus. • Continuous Improvement mindset: Systems and tools automation. • Autonomy. • Strong communication skills. • Professional English level.
