It is a global, cross functional organization within PMI. At IBS, we work with our internal customers in the central functions, regions and markets, and design highly digitalized global process led solutions. The objective is to improve the experience of our internal customers through these solutions and enabling them to deliver their strategies for PMI – thereby accelerating the overall PMI transformation. Your ‘day to day’ Coordinates smooth and continuous flow of documents to PMI affiliates and third-party customers to ensure that all the documentation is correctly issued, meets customs and law requirements, at the correct price and in compliance with PMI policies and procedures. On a daily basis support Trading Analyst. • Coordinate billing for PMI and third-party customers ensuring the content issued documentation reflects the actual sales transactions and the form meets legal requirements. Monitor billing items, promptly reacting for urgent cases and requirements from factories or customers. • Based on the documentation received from the factories prepares final documents required for customs clearance. Update necessary information on all required documentation and distribute to the internal/external parties. • Monitor billing due list to make sure that all orders are billed on time in order to ensure timely payment and ensure timely receipt of sales related documentation by customers and banks. • Deal with all the customer requirements to make sure that all the documentation is ready on time in order to avoid any additional payment for delays in customs, production or stock lack. • Monitor potential issues arising in the supply chain process; collect customer complaints and alert management on preventive actions to resolve arising issues by identifying alternatives to avoid blocking, delays and out of stock situations in the whole process. • Ensure correct coding and necessary approval of incoming supplier invoices related to legalization and certification for timely payment processing. • Prepare monthly statistics (KPIs) to provide OTC management with accurate and timely information. • As a back-up of Trading Analyst/Order to Cash Analyst, timely implementation of requests concerning purchasing and selling prices basing on received request/pricing releasing to ensure on-time shipments. Monitor the state of prices in SAP before introducing changes. Promptly react in urgent cases.
