WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 2+ years project management experience – supporting projects execution, project analyses, acting as project member, functional stream lead in projects, or direct project leading (small-to-medium scale), • Knowledge of / expertise within project management methodologies (certification / industry qualifications of additional advantage), • Excellent analytical skills / data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables, • Excellent technical skills related to project management tools & systems, • Strong presentation skills, data visualization skills, • Flexibility / adaptability / speed of working / self-starter who is comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized, • Fluent English language (including business English) including very good communication skills. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support the execution and implementation of small-medium-to-large scale projects across range of PMI functions – from initial idea (discovery and define & design) through all stages up to operationalization / successful deployment, • Support the project teams (composed of IBS, functions and markets) to ensure the delivery of project plans, key milestones and outcomes relating to each stage of the opportunity lifecycle, • Support building key stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely and appropriate communications, reporting, and interventions / resolution of challenges, • Support preparing & driving of project initiatives and facilitating workshops (including remotely, using virtual tools) with functional, IBS & all required stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritize opportunity areas for optimization and improvement, • Partner with project managers & project leaders and their teams to: o Gather, analyze, present project data, key information, project presentations, o Perform the project data analysis and solutioning, based on project requirements, o Prepare technical side of the business cases including all cost factors, future cost, sizing, investments and ROI, o Manage all required technical and system-required activities within project management (i.e. SNOW data entry, data uploads).
