YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ As a Manager Sustainability Governance, you will be part of Global Manufacturing function, In Manufacturing Transformation team, for Philip Morris International and will be reporting to the Senior Manager Sustainability Governance. The position is based in Crespellano (Italy). A key responsibility will be to support the development and lead implementation of PMI Global Manufacturing activities related to Sustainability Governance practices. Specific responsibilities include: • Leadership - Support development and lead the deployment of Global Manufacturing Sustainability's activities related to Sustainability Governance across PMI Manufacturing • Digitalized reporting systems - Contribute to global digitalization roadmap and lead streams of the global project from specification description to full implementation in all the Manufacturing sites • Audit - Contribute to develop and lead the deployment of global external and internal audit system in line with best in class practices • Internal and external Sustainability reporting - Ensure accurate and trustable end to end Manufacturing sustainability reporting to reach best in class manufacturing EHS performance, contribute to external reporting (Sustainability report, DJSI, CDP), including Data Verification processes and collaboration with external affairs and Operations Sustainability • Organizational Development - Lead capability building amongst the EHS Community in the area of responsibility. • EHS Management System - Lead development and implementation of EHS Management System to ensure compliance and governance across PMI Manufacturing sites • Communication - Lead the communication strategy to ensure accurate and timely communication about on-going and upcoming initiatives and sharing of standard methodologies between affiliates. Who we’re looking for: • University Degree in science or engineering • Specific technical knowledge of Environment, Safety and Industrial Health issues a clear plus • More than 6 years’ work experience with at least 4 years in EHS management in operations or equivalent and sophisticated work environment • Experience in leading and implementing management systems and deploying global audit programs • Relevant leadership experience at factory level or in a corporate role • Qualified IRKA Auditor with practical audit experience is a must • ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSA'S 18001 regulatory compliance • Project management skills and experience in a global role are clear assets • English and Italian proficient What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
