Your ‘day to day’ •Support People&Culture and Corporate Communications teams in the establishment and deployment of the internal communication strategy •Ensure that the appropriate information is collected from the stakeholders and translated into adequate and efficient written communication as per the defined communications calendar •Collaborate with and manage digital media consultants/agencies to ensure results are of high quality, delivered on time and within budget •Designing, updating and maintaining corporate social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube) to enhance corporate reputation and support advocacy efforts and ambassadorship programs. •Supporting deployment and maintaining the Philip Morris Bulgaria intranet page •Developing and maintaining of regular Communications newsletter •Supporting activation and maintaining of new UnSmokeYourMind micro-website •Drives and oversees content for internal & external digital publication that represents company's view on relevant issues in a creative and engaging way •Analyze and provide relevant insights on digital channels, social media, websites, Google trends and other digital media and use the result to improve their effectiveness to convey company’s messages Who we’re looking for •Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field; other college/university degree in relevant professional qualification •3+ years’ experience in handling digital communication and/or digital agency background, excellent network within the digital communications industry •3+ experience in the area of PR, Media, Communications, Business Administration •Previous experience within private sector or public sector within healthcare institution or NGOs and with corporate experience •Proficiency in spoken and written English as well as Bulgarian •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Excellent analytical skills, detailed-oriented, logical thinking, reports and formal style writing skill •Strong understanding of social media metrics •Has an eye for creativity and experience in creative or journalistic writing •Ability to transform and express the company’s vision into clear written communication •Knows how to deal with deadlines and ambiguity, feels comfortable around higher management and is emotionally intelligent What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
