For our Sustainability Governance team, we are therefore looking for a Portfolio and Performance Planning Manager based in based in Lausanne until April 2022. In this position you will: • Support S&PD Head with the facilitating of Function strategic objectives and plan for delivery. • Facilitate effective Portfolio Management in line with established processes and governance with a goal to improve Function • Manage end-to end performance delivery (i.e. critical metric definition & tracking) of a function. Ensure visibility of resource allocation and utilization across portfolio of the function. Ensure data consistency and accurate reporting in digital dashboards and project management applications. • Prepare, manage and govern functional budget, share reports and dashboard with leadership. Liaison and act as a single point of contact for Finance. • Support S&PD Head prepare for relevant governance forums, providing supportive materials and insights to drive effective Leadership decision-making. • Coordinate external reporting and disclosures (e.g. Integrated report, CDP, DJSI, etc.) • Ensure the best practice sharing and participate in the simplification and improvement of S&PD processes and tasks. • Support roll out PBO in the Function and ensure adherence to work practices. We’re looking for someone with: • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, Finance or similar. • At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions, with preference in multinational organizations. • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. • Understanding of budget management. • Excellent communication. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Strong interpersonal and people management skills. • Excellent research and analytical abilities. • Proficiency in English.
