Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International Inc. for the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC). Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to define and roll out the Capacity & Footprint Planning strategy to ensure long term business continuity, the insights and relevant recommendations will be presented to senior management for decision-making. Responsibilities: • Define and lead PMI’s global mid to long term sourcing & capacity footprint strategy on electronic product devices & accessories, rework and refurbish operation center...etc. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, legal, external affairs teams to ensure the delivery based upon relevant risk assessment (Operations, Finance, Consumer and Commercial). • Elaborate and propose footprint development options based upon robust mid/ long term scenario planning and data accuracy to anticipate supply vs demand challenges. • Set up and maintain the reporting mechanisms to track and report progress as well as to take corrective measures. Stay on top of the latest industry standard methodologies and partners’ feedback and turn data into insights for proactive and continuous improvement. • Act as contact / reference point for any topic related to global capacity and footprint planning within PMI. Participate in workshops, conferences and forums and represent PMI if needed. Act as SME and share best practice within PMI. • Act as a role model in compliance management by carrying out all of the accountabilities above in a legal and ethical manner and in line with PM compliance policies and external regulations. Ensure that all employees and stakeholders involved in supply chain activities are following company’s policies. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, finance in multinational environment, preferably within Electronics or Medical Devices industry. • APICS certification is an asset. • Shown track of records in large scale of Supply Chain Projects, in particular in Capacity and Footprint. • Ability to speak and write in English fluently; Chinese language as an asset. • Skilled in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Foundation, Supply Chain Best Practices, Business Performance Measurement, Business Strategy & Innovation, Risk Management, Products and Market & Factory Knowledge, Inventory Management Principles, Logistic Principles, Purchasing Principles, Demand & Supply Planning Principles • Skilled in Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Make or Buy/Lease or Buy/Rent or Buy/Outsourcing/Functioning What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
