Your ‘day to day’ As a Sr Engineer – Product Traceability Process Integration you’ll drive Process Integration projects and develop appropriate strategies to introduce new methodologies related to Product Traceability Systems, in order to meet business needs. PMI is using vast amount of transactional systems to ensure end-to-end product traceability, from production floor up until final consumer. You'll be specifically assigned onto product identification and traceability projects and your role will be to lead development and introduction of new functionalities/improvements in those systems and ensure their alignment with business procedures. You'll also coordinate Systems changes and prioritization and ensure availability & integrity of data of interest. Furthermore, you'll also provide corporate consultation on integration processes/methodologies and assess impact of process changes. More specifically, you'll • Provide mentorship to various internal partners on track and trace requirements in line with PMI specifications, industry standards and regulations • Maintain and develop finished product and material identification and traceability related documents of the company’s Quality Management System; provide guidance on those both internally and externally • Act as domain specialist on certain identification and traceability systems; assess the impact of new business processes and define new system requirements when needed • Represent QA in multi-disciplinary or multi-functional working groups on product traceability • Supervise and promote standard methodologies across vendors and affiliates Who we're looking for • College/University degree in a field like Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics • 5-10 years of proven experience in a regulated industry, preferably tobacco or pharmaceuticals • Advanced knowledge of serialization and traceability solutions and standards such as GS1 • Effective communicator, proactive, used to work with multiple partners • Able to work with minimal direction and available for occasional travel • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to learn on the fly • Great attention to detail and natural willingness to challenge the status-quo • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Proficiency in English, both oral and written What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
