We are looking for our Specialist Talent Acquisition. This is a strategic role within the People and Culture team in Mexico City. The purpose of the job is to act as Talent Advisor to business leaders and attract high quality technical, professional and management talent to meet the current and future people resourcing needs. Main Accountabilities. • Fully responsible to exceed expectations within a full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment. Source top quality talent by employing innovative research techniques to identify potential top quality candidates. • Build a strategic and targeted sourcing plan for each job requisition based on research results. Critically and accurately assess candidate capabilities employing best practices in interviewing to discern and identify the highest quality and most qualified candidates from the sourced pool. • Identify job requirements/skills and act as Talent Advisor to business leaders, Conduct a job intake meeting with the hiring business leader and respective People Manager. Provide service timelines and timely updates to hiring managers regarding the status of their open requisitions. • Act as the lead campus recruitment organizer and execute campus activities to fulfill high-all hiring requirements while branding PMI as an employer of choice. • Continually develop and engage in building intimate knowledge about market and target companies. • Assist with all candidate information flow and understand HR related onboarding questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc.) Qualifications/Experience. • 3+ years of proactive sourcing and candidate pipelining experience • 3+ years designing and executing active and passive full cycle recruitment strategies • Experience planning, designing and executing campus recruiting activities • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Fluent with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature Desirable) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
