As the Manager Program Delivery, you'll report to the Customer Service leader and be part of the related management team. The role is leading and coordinating a wide range of projects for the region or market, as well as the Strategy, Master plan and end-to-end supply chain projects. Identify and drive improvement of functional processes and critical metrics (i.e. product availability, customer service level, cost to serve, net working capital, etc.) Through projects, the role will provide a bridge between the global Supply Chain (SC) team and the regional and local needs at SC and/or commercial and Finance functions. Features to be translated at the market side enabling route to market with the best product design and portfolio, optimum COGS (Cost Of Goods Sold) and on-time IMS (In Market Sales). • Support the Customer Service Head of Duty Free with the facilitating of Function strategic objectives and plan for delivery. Support strategy definition, process and implementation working closely with key partners. • Bring thought leadership – With sharp problem definition, solving and creating aspirational but practical implementation plans, using various sources of knowledge including from outside in benchmarks and ways of working • Facilitate effective Program Management in line with established processes and governance, advising CS Head on decision-making regarding project prioritization, resources allocation and review of existing projects. • Identify vital process and tool changes needed by global initiatives and or local/regional needs. Work with PMI at global /region/market to develop transition plan, including change management and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan. • Regional coordination of the different global project deployment (e.g. downstream visibility, DRP, OTIF/Case fill rate, network optimization, RTM) and regional initiatives. • Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes. Regional governance for efficiency initiatives & single point of contact for D40 and scout for regional productivity initiatives in collaboration with CoEs. • Supervise the implementation of regular reporting and metrics related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation. • Ensures data consistency and accurate reporting in digital dashboards and project management applications • Prepare, lead and govern functional budget, share reports and dashboard with leadership • Implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems. OPEN+ deployment. (lean methodology) • Make projects successful, Set Clear Expectations, Track Critical Milestones and Focus on Performance. Who we're looking for: Essential Requirements: • Master degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or Finance related fields • At least 10 years of experience in leadership positions in multinational organisations (FMCG) or engagement manager from a top tier consultant firm • Excellent command of Excel and PowerBi (or other reporting tool) • Professional qualification in project management • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Experience of budget management Preferred Requirements: • MBA from a top-tier business school What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
