We are looking for a Change-Maker to join us in Manager Brand Marketing and Communication position. You will be the owner of the brand equity in the market and drive creativity in sustaining a lasting emotional connection with our consumers. You will be ultimately accountable for delivering brand awareness, embedding the global brand guidelines in the local market/cluster, producing, trans-creating, and deploying omni-channel toolboxes, content, events, and other consumer engagement interventions. -Lead local brand building and embed brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects, and initiatives. -Develop, own, and manage the execution of the market brand communication plan and editorial calendar, in line with the global marketing calendar and in collaboration with the relevant key stakeholders. -Embed global best practices in local content management through the trans-creation of messages, toolboxes, and initiatives generated by Global -Create and organize impactful events to build and strengthen brand equity and drive increased brand awareness in collaboration with direct channels. -Manage content calendar-related budget in line with a business long-range plan. -Recommend changes/corrective plans and actions to ensure optimum budget allocation and spending.
